Made it to the first stop - Calzada de Bejar.

Doing a major chill out in the albergue. Pilgrims dinner at 7. Bed at 9 is the plan. Sunrise is approx 7 30, so people won't really be getting up till 7 a.m. With some luck, I will get some serious sleeping ... unless there is a snorer. I count 12 bunk beds and most are occupied.
The dinner was outstanding. It started with a hearty vegetable soup, followed by 5 pieces of lomo (pork slices), salad, custard, wine and a powerful after dinner drink called 'lujo'. I felt it.
